This audit consists of a comprehensive inventory of your existing lighting system. We meticulously record and document every fixture type, operating time, lamp wattage, and quantity of lights in your facility. With the help of your maintenance or facility manager we then collect maintenance invoices and at least 12 months of utility bills. The goal of our audit is to gather accurate data in a non-intrusive manner so that we can establish a solid baseline and understanding of your current lighting costs.
